Lama tak mengupdate blog ni .. alhamdullilah saya officially married with orang yang tersayang..pada 2.2.2013 and manjlis resepsi pada 3.2.2013 .. alhamdullilah semuanya berjalan dengan lancar ... dan sangat memenatkan..hehehe :) ... lagi best bile cuti saya diapprove kan oleh bos bos kesayangan saya start dari khamis .. 31/1/2013 sampaila 13/3/2013 ... lame x? hehehhe...lebih kurang dua minggu termiasuk cuti wilayah & tahun baru cina. honeymoon maybe gi esok .. penat call semua and kebanyakkannye penuh .. :(

CARA NAK KURUS CEPAT DAN TAK PERLU UBAT ATAU MINUMAN KESIHATAN YANG MESTI ADA EFFECT
Assalamualaikum,
Hari ni saya nk share cara cara pemakanan / rutin harian yang baik khas untuk sesiapa yang ingin kurus tapi tak perlu minum minuman kesihatan yang menjanji kan kurus tapi kandungan yang berbahaya atau kurus sekejap e lepas tu naik balik .. nak tak ? murah sbb takde kos pelangsingan , tak menggunakan krim sapu yang kompem ckp akan kurus dalam sebulan. Berminat ? minat je tak cukup la kan .. kene effort la sikit .. saya kompem kalau ikot cara ni , kompem berjaya sebulan dah nampak hasil ... macamana saya tau ? sebab saya dah cuba dan cara pemakanan ni simple dan di advise oleh dr pakar .
1) solat jangan tinggal (takde kene mengena dengan kurus ? mmg takde kene mengena , tapi kalau kamu solat berdoa , jauhkan dri peyakit almaklumla kalau badan besar kemungkinan mengidap penyakit amatlah tinggi ) ,lagi satu solat ni macam exercise jugak ...supaya kita pandi mengatur masa. jangan jadi pemalas.ni kalau cakap lelebih kene kuar hadis pulak..ehhehehe
2) Makan makanan yang sihat - tak mengandungi kolestrol / makanan yang tarikh luput lama - kicap/sos-kene jauhkan. Paling penting makan ikan(dibakar/kukus/stim sahaja-goreng tak boleh /ayam kampung sahaja -ayam bandarr sudah di cucuk cepat gemok .
3) buah buahan ( untuk perempuan buah yang paling bagus adalah buah yang berkaitn dengan beries - strawberi/anggur dll . selain itu belimbing besi /kiwi/buah naga merah-paling merah paling bagus - kene makan sekurang kurang 2 jenis setiap hidangan (sangat penting )
4) exercise paling penting - sebulan sekali je , banyak la kamu melantak kemain lagi nak exercise sebulan sekali..SEHARI SEKALI -1 JAM . aah dengar je 1 jam trus lemah semangat la kan.. ok kalau tak larat sangat ..30 min pon jadi la..tapi hari2 YE HARI HARI jangan skip walaupon kamu senaman dalam tandas.
exercise tak susah pon , xpayah pergi gim. macamana caranye..ade bilik tak ? masuk dalam bilik ha lari setempat tengok cermin..set masa. ha tengok lemak tu bergerk2 ..benci .. ha buat banyak2 cukup timing tido ..kompem tidor tak dengkur lagi..sebabnye salurn pernapasan kamu semakin bagus kalau lemak dah kurang.
5) PIKIR POSITIF .
+ nanti next time saya akan bagi cara pemakanan paling simple...kalau nak kurus jom try kalau tak nak .. lantak kamu la .. +

Happy new year semua.... walaupun dah terlmbat tapi still nak cakap jugak :)
lama sangat tak mengupdate blog ni, bukan aper.. sangat sangat buzy dengan kehidupan seharian nak2 tarikh kawin semakin dekat... rase macam serm seram sejuk gitu ...hahahhaha...
nanti sy update perkembangan diy saya utk perkahwinan ..untuk tatapan kami akan datang ... ehehe... (poyo)
hari sangat penat ... tapi ku gagahkan jua meniti kehidupan ini...eceh ...
